How we ship

All orders are shipped exclusively via Royal Mail. You’ll choose from available Royal Mail services at checkout (tracked options shown where available).

Free UK shipping

Orders £30 and over (after discounts, before shipping) ship free within the UK via a Royal Mail service of our choice.

UK shipping under £30

For orders under £30, standard Royal Mail shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout.

Processing & dispatch

We work hard to get your order out quickly. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your parcel is on its way.

Tracking & delivery

If you select (or we provide) a tracked Royal Mail service, tracking details will be included in your dispatch email. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by Royal Mail.

Address issues & missed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed collection, we can resend once any re-delivery postage is paid.

International shipping

If/when we offer international delivery, rates and available Royal Mail services will appear at checkout. Any duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
