Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 August 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sarah’s 3D Prints website and your purchases from us. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Sarah’s 3D Prints. When we say “you”, we mean the person using our site or buying our products. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
1) Who we are & how to contact us
Business name: Sarah’s 3D Prints
Email: sarah.tayllor0610@gmail.com
Address: 4 Longview drive, Wardley, Manchester, M27 9GJ
We provide our geographic address and contact details to comply with UK e-commerce information requirements. Legislation.gov.uk
2) Using our site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt or harm it. We may suspend or withdraw the site (or parts of it) for maintenance or updates. Content (text, images, logos, product designs) is owned by us or our licensors—please don’t copy or use it without permission.
3) Ages & eligibility
You must be 18+ to place orders. If you buy for a child, you confirm you’re the adult contracting with us.
4) Products & compatibility
Our items are 3D-printed; minor surface or colour variations can occur between batches—this is normal. Always follow our care/safety notes on product pages. Toys should be used under adult supervision and kept away from high heat sources.
5) Prices, payment & promotions
Prices are shown in GBP and include/exclude VAT as stated at checkout. We can change prices at any time (changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and charge you when you place the order. Discount codes and promotions have stated rules and dates; one code per order unless we say otherwise. If we discover a clear pricing error before dispatch, we may cancel and refund, or contact you to confirm the correct price in a fair and reasonable way. GOV.UK
6) Ordering & contract with us
When you place an order, you’ll get an acknowledgement email. Your order is accepted—and a contract formed—when we dispatch and email you a dispatch confirmation (not at the “order received” stage). We’ll let you know if we can’t accept an order (for example, due to stock limits or an error).
7) Shipping & delivery
We ship exclusively via Royal Mail. UK orders £30 and over (after discounts, before shipping) ship free via a Royal Mail service of our choice; under £30, rates are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Please check your address carefully—if an order returns to us due to an incorrect address or missed collection, we can resend once any re-delivery postage is paid.
8) Cancellations (online orders)
For most online purchases, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. After telling us you’re cancelling, you have another 14 days to send items back. We refund within 14 days of getting the goods back (or receiving proof of return), including the outbound standard delivery cost; you pay return postage unless the item is faulty (we tell you this upfront here). Handle goods only as you would in a shop; we may deduct for diminished value caused by unnecessary handling. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy. GOV.UK+1Legislation.gov.uk
Exclusions
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to custom/personalised goods made to your specifications (this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty). Legislation.gov.uk
9) Faulty or mis-described items
You have strong rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty or not as described:
-
Within 30 days of delivery you can reject for a full refund (“short-term right to reject”).
-
After 30 days and within 6 months, we’ll offer a repair or replacement first. If that fails, you can choose a refund or price reduction.
If you reject faulty goods, we cover reasonable return costs. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to start a return. Legislation.gov.uk+1GOV.UK
10) Delivery outside the UK
If/when we offer international shipping, you’re responsible for any local taxes/duties. Check your country’s rules before ordering.
11) Reviews & user content
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use and share that content (including for marketing), and you confirm you own it and it’s lawful, respectful, and non-misleading. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms.
12) Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful—this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights. We’re not responsible for business losses or for events we couldn’t reasonably foresee. Any limits are subject to UK consumer law. Legislation.gov.uk+1
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at checkout (we show the “Last updated” date at the top).
14) Other important terms
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, the rest remains in effect. You can’t transfer your contract without our consent; we may transfer ours (for example, during a business reorganisation) but not in a way that reduces your rights.
15) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in your local courts. Your local consumer law protections still apply.
16) Policies referenced
Please also read our Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies (which form part of these Terms and sit alongside your statutory rights).
